Wine bar Portland
Parallel
Wine bar and restaurant on NE Sandy Boulevard run by chef Joey Gibson and Advanced Sommelier Stacey Gibson, where the kitchen builds dishes around the wines rather than the other way round. The bar pours wines from around the world by the glass and bottle, offers a paired tasting menu, and runs a monthly wine club and a grower Champagne club for pickup.
You book directly with the venue. Portland.Wine doesn’t take reservations.
