L'Échelle

Neighborhood French bistro on SE Division, opened in May 2025 and conceived by Naomi Pomeroy and Luke Dirks. Dinner runs Wednesday to Sunday with weekend brunch, and the by-the-glass list leans French, from Champagne and Loire chenin blanc to Fleurie and St. Joseph. The bistro also hosts ticketed wine dinners with visiting winemakers in its event space.
